There are many moments in life when you feel isolated, depressed and frustrated on how things aren’t turning out the way you had wanted it despite doing significant hard work to meet up with your targets on time.
This frustration most of the times leads to depressing thought and a major insecurity factor where you are not sure on whether the future is going to be bright or not that leads to numerous people taking the drastic step of suicide irrespective of the field they are in.

He is of the opinion that once you start accepting your mistakes and learn from them, then you can definitely work out a solution for future endeavors where the mistakes won’t ever be repeated again.
So follow through on his advice and start working out from day one itself by making a list of the goals that you have set for yourself and how long it would take for you to accomplish them so that you can divide the schedule into subsets and take up the mantle from the start.
